ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS
- Our products are of the highest quality.
- They are made of 100% recycled puzzle board which is thicker than standard puzzles to ensure your pieces will be stronger.
- Puzzles are custom made within 2-3 days from your confirmation.
- We laminate our puzzles with a beautiful glossy laminate which brings out the stunning colours of our images and to avoid smudged/dull images.
- Our Gift Box is not only unique with its magnetic lid but is very thick and strong and looks fantastic.
Postage and Delivery
Once we receive your confirmation to process your order, your puzzle will be posted within 5 business days. We currently use Australia Post for our deliveries and in some instances Couriers Please.
You can get a puzzle delivered to a different address to your own. When filling out the order form please write the delivery address that you require the puzzle to be delivered to and we will post the puzzle directly to the recipient of the puzzle. Once your puzzle has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email from us.
We use eWAY an Australian Company for our Payment Gateway. We accept Mastercard, Visa Card, and Pay Pal.
We take great care when packaging and posting our jigsaw puzzles. However if you do receive a puzzle that is damaged in any way you should contact us immediately. Our returns policy lasts 30 days to allow for parcel delivery time of your item. Please notify us within the 30 days to be eligible for a refund or replacement puzzle. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it sometimes takes time for the refund to be processed. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In shipping you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
