Fly fishing on the Nepean River near Sydney is a popular past time and this image will make an incredibly intriguing Jigsaw Puzzle. Tom Walsh’s image was taken at the Penrith weir and this group of fishermen were being instructed on how to caste their lines. There are locations all over Australia where the sport is popular including the Snowy Mountains Region, Tasmania and many areas in NSW.
Based in Richmond NSW, Tom has spent much of his time documenting the area around the Hawkesbury River and the Blue Mountains. We’re very excited to see the photographic contribution that Tom will make to our Jigsaw Puzzle Gallery.
